“ WOMAN SHAPE IN DESIGN ”

The store located in Deposite Outlet Center has been tailor-made designed by completely different design approac, going beyond the ordinary design of ‘Roman’ store chain, via selection of different material and display units. The plan of the store was interpreted as the figure of  female body and the concept was created using the curved forms accordingly. Since the store plan is U-shaped, an elliptical center space was created in the middle linear section to enable circulation.

The store consists of units of: entrance-bench-accessories, middle display, evening dresses, knitwear and dressing cabins. The mirrors  hanging from the ceiling and the bright epoxy used on the floor led to charming affects. The main architectural features of the store were emphasized by applying illumination elements to some of the available volumetric spaces before the existing ceiling cassette base was completely closed. Herewith, this design will continue to be implemented as a new concept project of ‘Roman’ outlet stores.
